Ariele represents financial institutions in all aspects of secured commercial lending transactions. She negotiates and closes a wide range transactions, including acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, refinancing and debt restructurings, asset based financings and cash flow financings. While at law school, Ariele was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
