Jeanne has represented clients in all types of finance transactions, including commercial finance, factoring and structured finance. Jeanne previously served as Assistant General Counsel at a major investment bank where she was the head of the asset based lending attorneys in the legal department and subsequently was responsible for advising lines of business on a variety of securitizations, structured finance transactions including cash and synthetic CDOs, total return swaps and other types of derivative transactions. Jeanne has also worked as a senior attorney in the legal department of a major bank, where she was responsible for legal coverage of its commercial finance and factoring business.
Jeanne is President of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, and a member of the International Factoring Association. She is active in continuing legal education, and has served on numerous panels for the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys.
