Annie represents financial institutions, corporations and creditor groups in a wide range of commercial disputes in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. Annie’s experience includes prosecuting and defending claims under commercial loan agreements, guaranties, mortgages and fraudulent conveyance claims. Annie has developed a sub-specialty in federal practice, including the defense and prosecution of civil RICO claims. Annie has also successfully managed cases involving a variety of business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and misrepresentation. While at law school, Annie was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
