Chris represents financial institutions in all aspects of secured commercial lending transactions. He negotiates and closes a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, refinancing and debt restructurings, asset based financings and cash flow financings. While at law school, Chris served as a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
