Steve represents financial institutions, corporate entities, creditor groups, and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes in surrogate’s, state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Steve regularly represents corporations and individuals in complex contract disputes. Steve has developed a sub-specialty in his representation of institutional and corporate fiduciaries in a multitude of trusts and estates litigation matters.
Steve is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School and Fordham University School of Law, teaching courses in mediation and negotiation, and providing skills training on representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes. While at law school, Steve served as Chairperson of the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society.
