A fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Ninette works closely with clients and their families to create comprehensive multi-generational estate plans and to provide for effective business succession planning. Ninette has extensive experience in estate administration, will contests, probate and Surrogate’s Court litigation, as well as guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. She advises individual clients as well as major corporations and financial institutions, principals of closely-held and start-up businesses, art collectors and charitable organizations on all aspects of will and trust preparation, estate and gift tax planning and pre-marital planning.
In addition to being a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Ninette is involved with several bar and professional associations. She is a past chair of the Trusts and Estates Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association. She is a member of the American Bar Association and its sections on Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York State Bar Association, where she serves on the Committee on Legislation of the Trusts & Estates Section. Ninette has lectured on estate and tax planning and estate administration at the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation, bar association seminars, major financial institutions, alumni associations, auction houses and charitable organizations.
