Rex’s practice focuses on the representation of creditors’ committees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, debtors and trustees in all aspects of bankruptcy practice. While in law school, Rex served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York. He was also the Managing Editor of the Vale Columbia Center FDI Perspectives. Prior to joining Hahn & Hessen, Rex served as the Project Head of the Resolution Plan (“Living Will”) Project for a large Japanese Banking Organization and as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Practice Group of a large consulting firm. Rex is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association. Rex is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as before the Federal District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
