Maria’s practice has focused on all aspects of complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights litigation. Her strength as a litigator arises from her ability to efficiently solve complex problems for her clients. Her practice covers a wide variety of substantive areas of law including business torts, contracts, fraud, lender-liability, accountants’ malpractice, mortgage and commercial lease disputes and director and officer and insurance claims. Maria has extensive experience in litigating complex civil matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution and before arbitration tribunals and at the trial and appellate levels.
